Job Description
We are looking for a Land Liaison Executive for our Solar Energy projects. The candidate will be responsible for land identification, land acquisition coordination, landowner communication and handling land-related documentation and permissions for solar project development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate with landowners for land procurement for solar projects.
- Handle land acquisition and leasing-related activities.
- Coordinate with farmers, landowners, local authorities and government departments.
- Conduct land visits and verify land-related documents.
- Assist in land surveys, ownership verification and land record checks.
- Coordinate for land conversion, permissions, NOCs and other statutory approvals.
- Negotiate and coordinate land lease or purchase terms with landowners.
- Follow up on documentation, agreements and registration processes.
- Maintain proper records and provide regular project updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Land Liaison / Land Acquisition.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure or Real Estate projects preferred.
- Knowledge of land records, ownership documents, land leasing and registration processes.
- Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for land visits and project-related work.
