About the Opportunity

Looking to start your career in Human Resources? Join us and gain practical, hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, learn how hiring works in the real world, and participate in live recruitment projects. Students, recent graduates, and freshers who are eager to learn are welcome to apply.

Perform well during the internship, and you may have the opportunity to join us as a full time team member.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for different job openings.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and employers.
- Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Work on live hiring projects under the guidance of senior HR professionals.

Who Can Apply?

- Students, recent graduates, and freshers interested in HR and recruitment.
- Candidates pursuing HR, Business Administration, BBA, MBA,



or related courses are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work with a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and spreadsheets.
- Must be willing to travel to our office in Kaloor, Kochi.

Prior HR experience is not required. We value your attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn.
