* Strategic sourcing of wiring harnesses, connectors & terminals
* Cost optimization, vendor development & negotiations
* Supplier quality management (PPAP/APQP)
* Ensuring timely material availability for smooth production
What We’re Looking For:
* BE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in wiring harness or automotive procurement
* Strong technical understanding of harness components
* Hands-on experience with ERP & MS Excel
* Excellent negotiation & analytical skills
