Developer Hiring Requirements – SQIT Software

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

- Experience with Bash scripting and Linux/Ubuntu commands.

- Basic knowledge of Python and R scripting.

- Knowledge of Conda environments and package management.

- Experience working with command-line tools and automating workflows.

- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.

- Ability to debug scripts and troubleshoot tool execution errors.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with bioinformatics tools and NGS analysis pipelines.

- Knowledge of Python libraries for data visualization.

- Experience with SimpleTables and generating HTML reports.

- Knowledge of React.js is an added advantage.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or related technical fields.

- BCA/MCA or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology.

- Bioinformatics or Biotechnology graduates may also apply if they have practical programming, Linux, and scripting skills.

Note: Candidates should be comfortable working in a Linux setting and integrating bioinformatics tools using Bash scripts, R, Python, and Conda.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
