Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Canva to manage digital marketing activities, create engaging visual content, and strengthen the company's online presence.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing social media creatives, marketing collaterals, promotional banners, presentations, and other digital assets using Canva, along with a valuable understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and visually appealing social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva.
- Create engaging graphics, reels, stories, and other content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
- Create marketing creatives for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and company promotions.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and campaign performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand marketing requirements and create relevant designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design trends, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Canva is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Experience in creating professional social media creatives, marketing banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Good understanding of content creation, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and reel creation.
- Excellent creativity, visual communication, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Canva Pro and its advanced features.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
- Experience in IT industry marketing or technology-focused content creation will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is not just a social media manager but also a hands-on creative designer with excellent Canva skills, capable of independently creating professional marketing content and supporting the company's digital branding initiatives.
