B.E./B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics 2–6 years in after-market service of capital goods / machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & commissioning of machines at customer sites
- Provide breakdown and preventive maintenance support
- Diagnose technical issues and ensure quick resolution Drive after-market revenue through spares, AMC, and service support
- Identify and promote spare parts, retrofits, and upgrades Execute and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Maintain service reports, visit logs, and CRM updates Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Design, Stores)
- Ensure machine uptime and customer satisfaction Train customers/operators on machine handling and maintenance
- Handle customer complaints and ensure closure within TAT
- Monitor installed base and generate repeat service business
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills
- Ability to read technical drawings/manuals
- Basic PLC/automation knowledge (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
