Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Soft Skills Trainer to train students and young professionals in essential workplace and professional skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage learners through interactive training sessions and practical activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions for students and professionals.
- Train students in English communication, verbal and non-verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Develop students' presentation, public speaking, and confidence-building skills.
- Provide training on interview preparation, resume building, and group discussion techniques.
- Conduct sessions on leadership, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving.
- Train students in professional etiquette, workplace behaviour, and corporate communication.
- Organize group activities, role plays, mock interviews, and practical exercises.
- Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor students' progress and maintain training reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Good knowledge of interview skills, personality development, and professional etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; Malayalam proficiency is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in training college students or fresh graduates.
- Knowledge of employability skills and corporate readiness training.
- Ability to create training materials and conduct interactive sessions.
- Experience in conducting mock interviews and group discussions.
