Salary: ₹12,000–₹22,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate sales opportunities, explain our products, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products, features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term customer relationships.




- Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status to the reporting manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
