We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage villa construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, technical knowledge, and project management skills to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and supervise villa construction projects from commencement to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and construction timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure quality standards and construction safety requirements are strictly maintained.
- Monitor material procurement, labour allocation, and subcontractor performance.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings.
- Provide timely progress reports to management and clients,



as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, approvals, and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably in villa or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, estimation, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Manage project documentation, variations, snag lists, and final handover procedures.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
