- Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication and workshop activities.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Monitor cutting, welding, fitting, drilling, and assembly work.
- Ensure fabrication work is completed as per required dimensions, quality, and schedule.
- Manage and allocate manpower, tools, and materials at the fabrication site/workshop.
- Coordinate with engineers, project in-charge, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Inspect fabricated structures/components and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
- Maintain daily work progress, manpower, material, and production records.
- Identify fabrication issues and coordinate for timely rectification.
- Ensure housekeeping and proper maintenance of fabrication equipment and tools.
