Job OverviewAs a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standard of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. Your work ensures that our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities

- Guest Room Maintenance:
- Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms thoroughly according to company standards.
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities promptly.
- Inspect room fixtures, electrical appliances, and furniture, reporting any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
- Public Areas & Common Facilities:
- Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, restrooms, corridors, and other common areas.
- Keep public areas neat, well-organized, and presentable at all times.




- Inventory & Laundry Handling:
- Manage cleaning supplies, room amenities, and linen stocks responsibly.
- Collect, sort, and send soiled linens/towels to the laundry team and restock fresh linens.
- Follow proper chemical usage and safety guidelines for all cleaning agents.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, room cleaning, or hotel operations is preferred (Freshers with a robust work ethic are welcome to apply).
- Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and safety practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi or Gujarati (Basic understanding of English is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and physical stamina.
- Friendly, respectful, and guest-focused attitude.
