- Execute production and assembly activities for Hortisort products in line with production plans and delivery schedules
- Support in implementing manufacturing processes, assembly workflows, and shopfloor systems
- Prepare and maintain work instructions, SOPs, assembly procedures, and production records.
- Work on development and improvement of workstations, jigs & fixtures, tools, and material flow to improve productivity and ergonomics.
- Adherence to defined quality processes during assembly and testing activities.
- Coordinate with stores, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth execution of production activities.
- Track daily production progress and highlight issues related to quality, material shortages, manpower, or delays.
- Support production scheduling, and capacity planning activities to achieve output targets.
- Ensure proper implementation of Process-Driven Manufacturing Systems on the shop floor.
- Monitor and improve assembly efficiency, rework levels, and production cycle time.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for production and quality issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for part readiness, quality issues, and delivery follow-up as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices, 5S standards, and shopfloor discipline.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
