Work Profile / Key Responsibilities

1. Taxation

- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns.
- Preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Tax computations and tax planning support.

2. Audit

- Assistance with statutory audits.
- Conducting tax audits, including Form 3CA/3CB-3CD.
- Assistance with internal audits and other assurance assignments.

3. Accounting

- Bookkeeping and maintenance of accounting records.
- Finalisation of accounts.
- Preparation of financial statements.

4. Company Registration

- Incorporation of companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs).
- Assistance with other business registrations.

5. ROC Filings and Corporate Compliance

- Annual filings and event-based compliance with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

6. Project Reports and Financial Projections

- Preparation of project reports.
- Preparation of CMA data.
- Preparation of financial projections for bank loans and funding requirements.

7. Transfer Pricing

- Assistance with transfer pricing documentation.
- Benchmarking analysis and related compliance activities.

8. Handling Notices and Assessments

- Drafting replies to notices received from the Income Tax and GST departments.
- Assistance with assessment and scrutiny proceedings.

Eligibility Criteria





- Candidates who have qualified CA Intermediate (either one group or both groups) or CMA Intermediate.
- Must be eligible to register for articleship training.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, and MS Excel.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software will be an added advantage.
