We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an ITI holder or possess relevant work experience in VMC operation, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate VMC machines to produce precision components based on engineering drawings and specifications.
2. Load raw materials into the machine and secure them for machining processes.
3. Interpret technical drawings and program VMC machines as required.
4. Monitor machine operations to ensure the production of high-quality components.
5. Conduct routine maintenance on VMC machines to ensure optimal performance.
6. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
8. Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and timelines.
9. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Keep detailed records of production activities, including material usage and machine settings.
Qualifications:

ITI certification in Machinist or relevant field, or a minimum of 1 year of practical experience operating VMC machines.
2. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
3. Knowledge of CNC programming for VMC machines.
4. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and gauges.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
7. Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
