Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive with strong MS Excel skills to manage daily data, prepare reports, maintain records, and generate accurate MIS reports. The candidate should have excellent Excel knowledge and the ability to handle large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Work extensively on MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Prepare reports using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
- Handle large volumes of data, data entry, filtering, sorting, and data validation.
- Create Excel dashboards and performance reports.
- Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyse data from different departments.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly.
- Prepare attendance, operational, productivity, and performance reports.




- Identify data errors and ensure accuracy in all reports.
- Submit reports to management within the given timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and other Excel formulas.
- Knowledge of Excel dashboards, charts, and data analysis.
- Positive typing speed and data management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with strong hands-on Excel experience.
- Candidates from MIS, Data Entry, Reporting, or Operations backgrounds.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
