Job Description

B&B; Memorial Hospital is inviting applications for the position of Medical Transcription Intern. This is an excellent chance for candidates interested in gaining practical experience in medical documentation and hospital administration.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and typing patient discharge summaries.
- Transcribe medical reports and clinical documentation.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.
- Assist with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates pursuing or having completed a Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or relevant qualification in Medical Transcription, Hospital Administration,



or a related field.
- Good English typing and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
