Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide timely and professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Handle customer queries, complaints, requests, and follow-ups efficiently.

Provide accurate information about company products and services.

Assist customers with order status, tracking, returns, and exchanges.

Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution.

Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM systems.

Manage multiple customer queries and follow-ups while maintaining service quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.





1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Operations, or a similar role.

Experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, or consumer brands will be an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM or customer support tools.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
