## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Tender Manager to oversee the complete tendering process for civil construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have practical expertise in tender identification, preparation, development, documentation, submission, cost estimation, BOQ analysis, and commercial evaluation.

*Candidates with substantial experience handling government tenders for departments such as PHED, PWD, CPWD, NHAI, Railways, and other major government or PSU organizations will be preferred.*

## Key Responsibilities

- *Manage the complete tender lifecycle, from tender identification and eligibility assessment to bid submission and award.*

- Identify and evaluate government, PSU, and private-sector tender opportunities.

- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, contract conditions, and eligibility criteria.

- Prepare, review, and submit technical and financial bids in compliance with tender requirements.

- *Perform cost estimation, detailed costing, item-wise rate analysis, and BOQ evaluation.*

- Prepare financial bids considering material costs, labour, machinery, overheads, and applicable commercial requirements.

- Conduct commercial evaluation to support accurate and competitive bid pricing.

- Coordinate with estimation, quantity surveying, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams.

- Manage pre-bid meetings, tender queries, clarifications, and commercial negotiations.





- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of tender documentation and compliance with submission deadlines.

- *Monitor EMD, bank guarantees, bid validity, tender status, and other tender-related documentation.*

- Maintain tender records, submission trackers, bid results, and management reports.

- Coordinate post-submission activities and support contract documentation following successful bids.

## Required Qualifications & Skills

*- 15-18 years of relevant experience in tendering, contracts, or bid management within civil construction and infrastructure.*

- Strong practical knowledge of end-to-end tender preparation, development, documentation, and submission.

- Proven experience in independently managing the complete tendering process.

*- Excellent understanding of BOQ analysis, cost estimation, costing, and item-wise rate analysis.*

- Hands-on experience in technical bid preparation, financial bid preparation, and commercial evaluation.

- Solid knowledge of government tender procedures and e-procurement portals.

- *Experience with PHED, PWD, CPWD, NHAI, Railways, or other major government/PSU tenders will be highly preferred.*

- Strong analytical, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with multiple departments and manage tight tender submission deadlines.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

*Candidates who can independently handle complex civil infrastructure tenders* , prepare accurate and competitive financial bids, evaluate commercial requirements, and manage tender activities from identification through final submission and award will be preferred.
