Job Title: Accountant – Car Workshop

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and accounting activities for our car workshop. The candidate should have knowledge of billing, invoicing, GST, expense tracking, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare customer invoices and repair/service bills.
- Handle cash, bank transactions, and payment records.
- Maintain records of workshop expenses and income.
- Manage vendor payments and customer outstanding balances.
- Maintain records of spare parts purchases and inventory expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.




- Handle GST-related documentation and basic tax compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate accounts.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial updates.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, billing, and invoicing.
- Valuable numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential records.
- B.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
