We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Collection Manager to oversee and optimize collection operations across a designated geographical region of Noida and Ghaziabad.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of collection professionals, developing and implementing effective collection strategies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and achieving regional collection targets.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven track record in debt recovery and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor regional collection strategies and policies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquencies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection managers and agents, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous career development.
- Set clear performance targets for the regional team and conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Analyze collection data, identify trends,
and prepare comprehensive reports on regional collection performance for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant collection laws, regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with legal, risk management, and sales departments to resolve complex collection issues and improve overall portfolio health.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of collection operations.
- Manage regional budgets for collection activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Handle escalated customer disputes and complex collection cases, providing resolutions that balance recovery goals with customer relations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the regional team on collection techniques, regulatory updates, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adapt collection strategies as needed.
