Job Description:

Key Requirements

IT OPERATIONS & SUPPORT (PRIMARY FOCUS)

- Workstation & OS Setup: Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations. Handling OS installations, driver configurations, software patches, and security settings.
- User & Access Support: Provide L1/L2 IT helpdesk support for employee hardware, software, VPN, and networking issues. Manage user accounts and access permissions through Active Directory and Google Workspace.
- Asset Inventory & Management: Track company IT assets, hardware allocations, software licenses, and equipment status. Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Scripting & Automation: Develop basic Bash or Python scripts to automate routine IT tasks and system maintenance.
- Observability & System Monitoring:



Set up and maintain system observability across logs and metrics. Work with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Recent Relic, and AWS CloudWatch.

Skills Requirement:

DEVOPS & AUTOMATION

Knowledge or experience in DevOps practices and automation will be considered an added advantage.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and provide timely technical support.

B.E. , B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech
