Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Production Executive for our pulses processing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring product quality and food safety, maintaining production targets, and optimizing manpower and machinery utilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities, including cleaning, grading, sorting, de-stoning, polishing (where applicable), and packaging of pulses.
- Achieve daily production targets while ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Monitor the complete production process to ensure product quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize breakdowns and production downtime.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, yield reports, and raw material consumption records.
- Monitor production losses, process wastage, recovery, and overall yield.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, GMP,



and personnel hygiene practices on the production floor.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Monitor packaging operations, including weight accuracy, sealing quality, coding, and packaging material availability.
- Manage and guide production workers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SOPs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce wastage, improve productivity, and control production costs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI requirements and internal food safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of pulses processing and food manufacturing operations.
- Understanding of cleaning, grading, sorting, de-stoning, and packaging processes.
- Knowledge of GMP, GHP, SOPs, and food safety practices.
- Positive production planning, monitoring, and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and production MIS.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and team management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in pulses processing, grain processing, or the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience in managing shop-floor production activities and production manpower.
- Candidates with experience in dal mills or pulses processing plants will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sonipat District, Haryana
