The Wellness Experience Manager is the first and last point of interaction for patients at theclinic. This role combines front-desk operations, patient guidance, and consultative sellingof treatment plans, packages, and Panchkarma therapies.The ideal candidate ensures patients feel welcomed, understood, and confident in continuingtheir treatment journey with the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage appointments and patient flow.
- Explain doctor-recommended treatments, Panchkarma therapies, and wellness packages.
- Counsel patients and convert consultations into package enrollments ethically.
- Handle patient queries, billing coordination, records, and inventory.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in clinic front desk, healthcare counseling, wellness sales, or administration.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English required; Kannada preferred.
- Patient-friendly, presentable, organized, and sales-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
