- Conduct induction and skill training programs for new sewing trainee-Tailor.
- Train operators on various sewing operations as per garment construction requirements such as Shoulder Join, Neck Rib Attachment, Armhole Rib Attachment, Side Seam Closing, Bottom
- Hemming, Label Attachment, Flatlock Joining, Cover Seam Operations, Gusset Attachment,
- Waistband Elastic Attachment, Leg Elastic Attachment etc.
- Develop training modules, SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids.
- Assess trainees' skill levels and identify training needs.
- Conduct refresher training programs to improve efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Quality teams to ensure
- operator competency.
- Train operators on operation breakdowns, machine settings, and best sewing practices.
- Support line balancing activities through multi-skill training initiatives.

Education

- Diploma/Degree in Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile
- Technology,



or related field.
- ITI in Sewing Technology may also be considered with relevant experience

Experience

- 4-8 years in Knit Innerwear Manufacturing.
- Minimum 2-3 years as Sewing Trainer, Line Trainer, Skill Trainer, or Training In-Charge

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
