Job Purpose

To manage and strengthen relationships with international customers, ensure timely responses to customer enquiries, coordinate orders and deliveries, resolve customer issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves close coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

A. International Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, airlines, MROs, OEMs, distributors, and other business partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international customers.




- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to understand their requirements and business needs.
- Ensure prompt responses to customer emails, calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain skilled communication and build long-term customer relationships.
- Receive and coordinate international customer enquiries and RFQs (Requests for Quotations).
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Support the International Sales team in maintaining existing accounts and developing business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases, contact details, communication records, and account information.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams and departments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
