About the Role

TradeMax Academy is looking for a creative and experienced Videographer to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in video production, shooting, lighting, and editing, with the ability to create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, educational content, and company events.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio, and other video production tools.
- Edit videos professionally for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, interviews, and event coverage.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand video requirements and concepts.
- Manage the complete video production process from shooting to final delivery.
- Ensure good video quality, framing, lighting, sound, and visual consistency.
- Add appropriate transitions, effects, subtitles, graphics, music, and other elements during editing.




- Stay updated with current video trends and social media content formats.
- Organize and maintain video files, footage, and project assets.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Videographer/Video Creator.
- Solid knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and video production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Portfolio of previous video work is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating content for EdTech, Finance, Education, or Social Media brands.
- Experience in shooting Reels, YouTube videos, interviews, promotional campaigns, and events.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic graphic design will be an advantage.
