ECS English Academy, Kalpetta, is looking for enthusiastic and skilled English Trainers to conduct Spoken English and/or IELTS training sessions at our institute. We welcome candidates who are passionate about teaching English, helping students improve their communication skills, and preparing learners for international English proficiency examinations.

Candidates with expertise in either Spoken English or IELTS, or both, are encouraged to apply.

Working Schedule

- Weekdays: Evening classes between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday classes.
- Candidates should be available for the relevant weekday evening and/or weekend sessions, as agreed.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Spoken English classes for students with different proficiency levels.
- Train students in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and everyday communication.
- Conduct IELTS preparation classes for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, depending on expertise.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, practice exercises, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students build confidence in English communication.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and a positive classroom environment.

Required Skills





- Robust command of spoken and written English.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to learners from different educational backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching and supporting student development.
- IELTS trainers should have a good understanding of the IELTS exam format and preparation strategies.
- Prior teaching experience or relevant IELTS qualifications are an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English or any relevant discipline preferred.
- Candidates with strong English proficiency and relevant teaching skills are welcome.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Employment Requirements

- This is a fully onsite position at our Kalpetta institute.
- Candidates must be able to attend classes in person according to the agreed schedule.
- Remote or work-from-home applications are not applicable.
