Catalyst Education is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and motivate our sales team at the Badagara branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to drive business growth in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, and productivity.
- Drive student admissions and revenue growth.
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance.
- Handle important leads and support the team in closing admissions.
- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure excellent customer engagement and student satisfaction.

Requirements





- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech.
- Previous experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Graduate in any discipline.
