Hiraanta Comfort Wear is looking for a responsible, organised, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing retail staff, and the ability to maintain inventory accuracy, improve sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure the store opens and closes on time and follows company policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, racks, and overall presentation.
- Ensure all staff members follow the prescribed dress code and discipline.

2. Staff Management

- Supervise, guide, and coordinate with sales staff and helpers.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor their completion.
- Ensure proper attendance, punctuality, and staff discipline.
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

3. Sales & Customer Service

- Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving store targets.
- Ensure customers receive polite, professional, and helpful service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues appropriately.
- Identify customer demands and communicate product requirements to management.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock availability, product movement, and low-stock items.
- Ensure incoming stock is checked against invoices for quantity, colour, and product accuracy.




- Maintain proper stock records and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure regular stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory checks.

5. Reporting & Administration

- Ensure daily sales, purchase, purchase register, and current stock reports are updated in the company application.
- Maintain accurate records of petty cash and daily store expenses.
- Report daily sales, operational issues, stock shortages, and staff-related matters to management.
- Ensure all assigned reports and administrative tasks are completed on time.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in apparel, clothing, innerwear, or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or retail inventory software.
- Ability to manage staff, maintain records, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Honest, punctual, organised, and customer-oriented.
