Job Title: QMS Engineer

1. Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain quality documents, procedures, work instructions and formats.
- Coordinate internal audits, external audits and customer audits.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments for QMS activities.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate root cause analysis.
- Prepare and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
- Monitor 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain documentation for FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA and SPC.
- Conduct awareness training on quality procedures and QMS requirements.
- Monitor audit findings and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Maintain quality records and ensure document control.
2. Qualification
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Experience in automobile manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of internal auditing and quality documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
3. Required Skills
- IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 documentation.
- Internal Quality Auditing.
- 7 QC Tools.
- 5 Why Analysis and Root Cause Analysis.
- CAPA and 8D Problem Solving.
- FMEA, Control Plan and PPAP.
- MS Office and documentation skills.
4. Experience & Salary
- Experience: 2–5 Years (preferred).
- Salary: Based on experience and skills.
