Job Description – Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance)

Qualification & Experience

- Education: B.Pharm
- Experience: 5–8 Years in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- CTC: 6–8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Handle and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Ensure implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls and investigations.
- Conduct internal audits and support external and regulatory audits.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and quality procedures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with revised Schedule M requirements.




- Review and approve quality-related documents.
- Coordinate with Production, QC and other departments for quality-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity practices.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of cGMP and revised Schedule M.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical QA activities and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to handle audits and quality investigations.
