Job Description:

Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager - Training to lead and enhance our training programs across the organization. This role will focus on developing a skilled workforce through effective training initiatives, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
