Position: Assistant Professor – Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Job Summary:

An Assistant Professor in BCA is responsible for delivering quality education in Computer Applications and Information Technology to undergraduate students. The role involves classroom teaching, practical laboratory sessions, curriculum development, student mentoring, academic research, and participation in departmental and institutional activities. The candidate should possess robust subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to guide students in developing technical and professional competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures on BCA subjects such as Programming Languages, C, C++, Java, Python, Database Management Systems (DBMS), Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Web Development, and Software Engineering.




- Conduct practical laboratory sessions and guide students in programming and application development.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and presentations.
- Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and practical evaluations.
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, and technical activities.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, internal assessment marks, and other departmental documentation.

Educational Qualification:

- Master's Degree (MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science / M.Tech or relevant discipline).

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in teaching.
- Prior teaching experience in a degree college is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
