WE ARE HIRING | Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can drive business growth through field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Meet potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch iThink Logistics' services.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with e-commerce sellers and business clients.
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry.




- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
- Ability to build relationships and close business deals.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
