We’re Hiring: Video Editor

Pipernigrum is looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team.

We’re looking for someone who can transform raw footage into engaging visual stories, compelling brand films, and impactful campaign content. Someone who understands that great editing goes beyond transitions and effects — it’s about storytelling, creating the right mood, and communicating a brand’s message effectively.

What You’ll Do

- Edit engaging videos for brands, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Create reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and branded content.
- Transform raw footage into polished, compelling visual stories.
- Work with sound, music, graphics, and motion elements to enhance storytelling.
- Adapt editing styles to different brand identities and creative directions.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy team from concept to final delivery.
- Explore new editing techniques, visual trends, and creative approaches.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery across projects.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and composition.
- A good sense of music, sound design, and transitions.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail.
- Ability to understand a brand’s personality and translate it into video content.




- Familiarity with different video formats and platform-specific requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates strong editing skills and creative execution.

Tools

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is preferred. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe Audition, or other creative tools is an added advantage.

Experience

0–5 years of experience is welcome.

Freshers with a strong showreel, creative instincts, and a genuine passion for video editing are encouraged to apply.
