We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales & Lead Conversion Executive to join our team, manage inbound/outbound inquiries, and drive revenue growth by converting digital leads into long-term clients.
Role Overview
As our Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective B2B clients and bulk buyers discovering us through platforms like IndiaMart. Your core responsibility is to proactively follow up on leads, understand client requirements, pitch our product offerings, negotiate pricing, and close sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Immediately respond to and manage inquiries generated through IndiaMart and other digital channels.
- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume daily calls to prospective buyers, distributors,
wholesalers, and retailers to understand their requirements.
- Product Pitching & Negotiation: Effectively present our tea varieties, share product samples, discuss pricing, and negotiate terms to secure orders.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and conversion statuses in a CRM or tracking sheet.
- Relationship Building: Foster solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat orders and long-term business associations.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and final orders to clients.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences, reporting them back to management.
