Working hours : 9:30 A.M To 6 :30 PM (Monday -Saturday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive for our client to manage customer communication, generate new business leads, follow up on quotations and payments, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Call customers from the provided customer database to promote company products and services.

· Generate recent leads through outbound calling and customer referrals.

· Follow up with customers on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders.

· Coordinate with customers regarding payment collection and outstanding dues.

· Reconnect with old and inactive customers to generate repeat business.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM.

· Coordinate with the field sales team to support sales activities and close business opportunities.





· Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

· Work towards assigned sales targets and business development goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline; a sales or business-related qualification is preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management.

· Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.

· Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

· Ability to manage multiple leads and meet daily activity targets.

· Experience in IT hardware, networking, telecom, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
