Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Explain products/services, offers, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams.
- Provide regular reports on calling activities and lead status.

Requirements

- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/CRM software.
- Valuable listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
