Job Description: Accountant – Oracle NetSuite

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with at least 5 years of accounting experience and hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, GST compliance, and month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Work extensively with Oracle NetSuite for financial transactions, reporting, and accounting processes.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable tax compliance and reconciliations.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.




- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and reporting through NetSuite.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Experience with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Important Requirements

- Must be available to join immediately.
- Must be comfortable working remotely from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
