Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle data entry, document processing, data conversion, and digital record maintenance. The candidate should have good typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet daily productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into the company's systems and databases.
- Perform data processing, document digitization, and data conversion activities.
- Review source documents and verify entered information for accuracy.
- Maintain data quality and follow project-specific instructions.
- Identify and report errors or missing information.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines and productivity targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Coordinate with team leaders and quality analysts to ensure work accuracy.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Good attention to detail and concentration.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in data entry, back-office operations, or document processing will be preferred.
- Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
