- Basic knowledge of bakery operations and dough preparation.

- Understanding of recipe measurements, ingredient weighing, and following standard recipes accurately.

- Basic knowledge of mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking dough.

- Knowledge of HACCP standards, food safety, and proper food-handling practices.

- Maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness of the bakery workstation and equipment.

- Following cleaning and sanitization procedures as per kitchen standards.

- Proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients using FIFO (First In, First Out).

- Maintaining consistency in product quality and following instructions from senior chefs.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
