Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to generate recent business opportunities and expand the company's customer base in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting freight forwarding services, and building strong business relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers for logistics and freight forwarding services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Promote air freight, sea freight, and land freight services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.




- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to prepare quotations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Basic knowledge of air, sea, and land freight services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good customer relationship management and lead-generation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
