About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive who can connect with prospective students, understand their academic requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sales, effective communication skills and the ability to convert potential enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand students' academic goals and recommend relevant courses.
Explain course features, benefits, fee structures and available programs.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain consistent communication.
Handle customer queries, objections and admission-related concerns.
Convert qualified enquiries into successful sales.
Maintain accurate lead records and update daily activities in the CRM.
Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing abilities may apply.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counselling or business development will be an added advantage.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident approach towards customer interaction and follow-ups.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic computer knowledge.
