We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an E-commerce Seller Support process in Pune.

The role involves handling seller queries, providing process-related assistance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate communication and case records.

Candidates with experience in customer service, chat support, international support, or e-commerce operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through designated support channels.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
- Assist with account-related and operational queries.
- Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
- Maintain records of seller interactions and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant department.
- Maintain service quality and productivity standards.
- Follow applicable company policies and data protection guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria





- 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to follow processes and guidelines.
- Customer service or chat support experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working from the office in Pune.

Salary and Facilities

- Monthly CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000.
- Two-way cab facility for eligible shifts, subject to company policy.
- Full-time employment opportunity.

Note: The mentioned salary is CTC. Actual in-hand salary will depend on the final compensation structure.
