Bhagwati Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – SAP (MM) to manage SAP transactions, support material management processes, ensure master data accuracy, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP MM, a good understanding of procurement and inventory processes, and the ability to resolve system-related issues efficiently in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily SAP transactions and monitor process accuracy.
- Handle SAP-related activities in the relevant functional modules of MM.
- Generate and analyse SAP reports for operational and management review.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Inventory, and other departments.
- Monitor master data and ensure data integrity across SAP systems.
- Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies and routine SAP issues.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities where applicable.




- Assist with SAP testing, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with SAP Team and IT teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare process documentation and support end-user training.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce/ Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant SAP experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM, PP, or another relevant module.
- Strong understanding of business processes and SAP workflows.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
