About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager who can manage DMs, comments, and audience interactions across social media platforms, with the primary objective of generating qualified leads and converting inquiries into potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify potential leads from social media interactions and convert them into business opportunities.
- Engage proactively with interested users and guide them towards the company's services.
- Handle audience queries, follow-ups, and initial conversations professionally.
- Identify buying intent and qualify leads based on their requirements.
- Maintain a record of incoming leads, follow-ups, and lead status in a CRM or tracking sheet.
- Ensure timely responses to all relevant messages and comments.




- Build positive brand perception through professional communication and effective ORM practices.
- Coordinate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Track and report lead generation performance, response time, and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

- Experience in social media management, community management, ORM, or lead generation.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn DMs and comments.
- Ability to identify potential customers and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Positive follow-up, persuasion, and lead qualification skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and social media management tools is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Timely responses to DMs and comments.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Quality of audience engagement.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Lead handover and conversion contribution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
