Position: Area Retail Manager – Jewellery

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee multiple jewellery stores
- Drive sales, revenue and business targets
- Monitor store operations and team performance
- Lead, coach and motivate Store Managers & retail teams
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
- Analyse sales, stock, productivity and store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Candidate Profile:

- Relevant experience in Jewellery Retail is preferred
- Strong experience in multi-store/area retail management
- Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills
- Solid understanding of sales, operations and customer service
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period preferred
