We're a fast-growing design and construction company in Alappuzha, delivering Design & Construction, Luxury Interiors, Engineering Consultancy, and Turnkey Villa Handovers. As we expand, we're looking for a creative Junior Architect to grow with us.

What You'll Do

■ Create architectural concepts and striking villa exteriors

■ Produce 3D models, photorealistic day/night renders, walkthroughs and promotional videos

■ Prepare plans, elevations, sections,



working drawings and interior shop drawings

■ Present designs to clients and lead them from concept to development

■ Coordinate with structural, MEP and site teams, and support site engineers on technical queries

Your Toolkit

■ AutoCAD – advanced drafting and detailing

■ SketchUp / Revit – architectural modelling and design

■ Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray / D5 Render – photorealistic visualization

■ Adobe Photoshop – presentations and image enhancement

Who We're Looking For

■ B.Arch or equivalent recognized qualification

■ 0–5 years of experience. Talented freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome!

■ A real eye for villa exteriors and visualization

■ Good grasp of architectural detailing and construction practices

■ Clear communicator who manages time well

■ Candidates from Alappuzha and nearby areas, and immediate joiners, preferred
