Shop No. 11, Sangini Evoq, VIP Rd, nr. Bhagwan Mahavir College, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat 395007.

Timings:

Full time| Evening Shift - 2:30 PM to 12 AM , Part Time| Evening Shift - 6 PM to 12 AM

About the Role:

We are looking for a hardworking, proactive, and hygiene-conscious Cafe Staff / Kitchen Helper to assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation at Alpino Cafe. The ideal candidate should be a team player who is eager to learn and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing sandwiches, wraps, salads, healthy rice bowls, smoothies, and other cafe items.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as required.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Assist with stock checking and inform the supervisor about low-stock ingredients.
- Ensure timely preparation of food orders and smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and storage areas.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or kitchen will be preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a team and handle a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
- Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including morning and evening shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
