Job Summary
Job Destiny is looking for an experienced and professional Salon Manager to manage daily salon operations, lead the staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise salon staff, including beauticians, hairstylists, and receptionists.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service feedback professionally.
- Monitor appointments, bookings, and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and promote salon services and packages.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and qualified standards.
- Manage inventory, salon products, and stock requirements.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor salon performance.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling and attendance management.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in salon management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of salon services, beauty treatments, and industry trends.
- Experience in sales, billing, and inventory management.
- Ability to manage operations and achieve business targets.
